This residential project involved a complete septic system replacement to restore proper function and update the home’s wastewater system. The work was performed at the front of the home beneath the existing driveway, where we replaced the failing septic tank and installed a new seepage pit using precast concrete perforated liners for improved drainage and long-term reliability.
Because the system was located under the driveway, traffic-rated materials were used to support vehicle loads and allow continued use of the driveway after completion. The project was finalized with asphalt repair and restoration, returning the driveway to a safe, clean, and functional condition.
